Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged, free from pet hair, with attached tags and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@supfunk.co.uk.

Once we receive your return email we will acknowledge it and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is important to note that the return of products is the sole responsibility of the sender and we highly recommend that you send items using a service that provides a proof of postage receipt showing the returns address supplied by ourselves.  Please keep hold of your proof of postage for reference until your return has been completed. 

We will not be held responsible for items that have not been received to our returns address without proof of correct shipment.

Please note that if your country of residence is not within the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We pride ourselves on customer service and we will do everything we possibly can to help resolve any issues.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items with a 50% or more discount off the original value as these are considered clearance items and are non refundable/returnable.

Please note this does not include VIP members or gifted loyalty discounts given by SUP Funk where purchases will fall under the standard 14 day returns policy.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange within the 14 Day period then please contact us at contact@supfunk.co.uk, once the return is accepted, send the item back to the supplied address and we will replace it with the correct size/colour as requested.

Please ensure returns/exchanges are sent back within 5 days of being accepted. 

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, undamaged, free from pet hair, with attached tags and in original packaging.

Please note if you are returning an already exchanged item this can only be returned for store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@supfunk.co.uk.

Christmas Periods

During the Christmas period we will accept exchanges for items purchased as gifts during November/December 14 days after the 25th December. 

This is to ensure your loved ones get the correct fit and look great so you don’t have to stress if it’s not right.  Original proof of purchase will be required and items returned following the standard returns policy outlined previously on this page.
