As paddlers ourselves, we know how much it sucks to wait for new gear when the water is calling. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, Monday to Friday, so you can get out on the water faster.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using:

• Small items and accessories: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Medium and large parcels, including paddleboards: Sent via DPD with delivery tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard UK destinations: Usually 1–2 working days from ordering.
• DPD deliveries to Northern Ireland and affected Highlands & Islands postcodes: Usually 2–4 working days from ordering.

Please allow up to one working day for order processing before dispatch. Orders placed outside our working hours, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed from the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and depend on when your order is placed, your delivery postcode and the courier’s service.

UK Shipping Rates

Free delivery is available on orders of £100 or more. For medium and large parcels delivered to Northern Ireland or affected Highlands & Islands postcodes, a regional delivery charge still applies.

Small items retain the same delivery rates throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands.

The £100 threshold applies to your basket value after discounts and excluding delivery. For orders containing different parcel sizes, the highest applicable parcel rate applies.

Regional charges depend on your delivery postcode. Your delivery charge is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment.

We want you to be 100% confident in your setup. If you need to return an item, we will happily issue a refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding gift vouchers).
