NRS Men’s Paddle Wetshoe – Black

The NRS Men’s Paddle Wetshoe in Black combines an insulating neoprene upper with a protective sole for colder paddles and rougher launch spots. We have been wearing NRS Paddle Wetshoes ourselves for well over a year, and they have become a regular part of our kit when the water turns colder. If you want more coverage and protection than a lightweight summer water shoe, they are well worth considering.

Constructed from 3 mm Terraprene neoprene, made with limestone and recycled materials and bonded with titanium adhesive, this boot locks in warmth while reducing its environmental impact. Inside, the graphene-infused lining adds thermal efficiency, helping retain warmth while reducing water retention within the lining.

The high-top cut gives extra support and protection around the ankles without feeling bulky, while the low-profile design ensures a snug fit whether you wear them barefoot or over socks. A wide-opening YKK® zipper and pull tab make getting in and out easy and the adjustable hook-and-loop strap keeps the fit secure on every paddle.

For tough landings and rugged put-ins, the 3 mm grippy sole, reinforced toe and heel panels, plus the 5 mm insole and 2 mm plastic shim, deliver reliable protection and stability on slippery or rocky surfaces. Designed with a men’s specific toe box, the Wetshoe ensures lasting comfort even on those long winter SUP sessions.

For warmer days when we mainly need footwear for launching and landing, we often choose lighter water shoes. We reach for our NRS Paddle Wetshoes when warmth and protection matter more.
